They have low self-esteem and confidence because they feel unattractive, so they go on a fad diet or begin a workout regimen in the hopes of losing pounds. Others try to lose weight for health reasons. Then there are the few that lose weight for charity! People come from all over to run a 26 mile charity race. A charity race is for a great cause and the running will help people shed off those unwanted pounds from their bodies. And if at the end you didn’t really like it, at least you helped someone else out and got some really nice new gore running wear that you can show off next time your at the gym!
